I think those are... nothing. As a fellow shortie I can understand, but hem those things. I don't wear shorts or capris or anything like that but most skirts I try on have to be hemmed cause they stop at the weirdest places: midknee like her gauchomudas, clamdigger lenght, and other strange stuff like that.
