Meg Ryan is adopting a little Chinese baby later today. Meg has wanted a second child to join her teenage son Jack for some time. Jack is from her former marriage to Dennis Quaid.
A source said, "The consulate will formalize the adoption and grant Meg's new daughter a visa and a social security number. They will probably be flying back to the US immediately after the process is complete."
