In Touch says that Lindsay Lohan and Kate Moss are after the same hot boy. Kate has a "casual" boyfriend, Jamie Burke, a "wealthy ex-model" she got down with in Aspen earlier this year.
Jaime, 20, was seen leaving Kate's hotel in New York on March 21. "Unbeknownst to Kate, Lindsay has been dating Jamie and the romance is getting serious." A source said, "Lindsay met Jamie through Kate and now she's seeing him behind her back. Jamie recently spent the night at Lindsay's suite at the NYC hotel 60 Thompson."
Kimora Lee and Russell call it quits
Russell Simmons and his wife Kimora Lee Simmons are filing for divorce, a rep has confirmed. An announcement is expected later today.
A spokesperson for Russell had no comment.

Simpson's baby daddy?
Jessica Simpson is reportedly becoming pretty cozy with her current co-star, comedian Dane Cook. Too bad for his girlfriend.
US reports the couple went to see Denzel Washington's latest movie on Sunday night, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they are on location shooting Employee Of The Month. "They were sitting really close to each other and at one point she laid her head on his shoulder." The couple were also together the week before at an Albuquerque night club celebrating the Cook's 34th birthday. Is this the guy that is making her want babies?
A club employee said, "They were sitting next to each other all night and were in their own world. They were holding hands and laughing and hugging. At one point they snuggled up really close."
Cook lives/lived with girlfriend Raquel Houghton, in Los Angeles. Houghton has dismissed the claims her boyfriend is cheating with Simpson, saying the rumors are "obviously all lies." Poor thing. A Simpson source says, "Dane's more like a goofy brother to her. She has never talked about him romantically."
Guinness Gwyneth
Pregnant Gwyneth Paltrow "stunned diners" earlier this week when she ordered what looked like raw fish and then downed a beer. Yum! No.
Paltrow and husband Chris Martin dined at the NYC sushi bar Cube 63 where Paltrow ordered a salad and what appeared to be sushi, which is thought to be potentially harmful during pregnancy.
Martin left the restaurant to pick up several bottles of Guinness at a nearby deli and when he returned, diners were surprised when Paltrow, who is five months pregnant with the couple's second child, drank one herself. According to a witness, "People were looking and waving, and she just tried to melt further into the corner."
Some health experts recommend a little Guinness for expectant mothers because of the drink's high iron content. A rep confirmed she drank the alcoholic beverage, but said she ate only cooked food, not sushi.

Matt LeBlanc soon single
Matt LeBlanc and his wife Melissa are filing for divorce, the couple announced today.
"Melissa and Matt LeBlanc have decided to end their marriage of three years," the actor's rep, Joe Libonati, said in a statement. "The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time."
The couple have a two-year-old daughter, Marina. Melissa, a former model, has two other children from a previous marriage.
Naomi Campbell attacks again
This time she was arrested! TMZ.com reports that Naomi has struck her housekeeper in the head with "an object." Nice.
TMZ said, "The woman had a laceration on the back of her head. She went to Lenox Hill Hospital for stitches." I'm sure there is way more to come....
Jolie starting to nest
Angelina Jolie has reportedly flown her mother Marcheline Bertrand to Paris for the birth of her baby.
Bertrand has been staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel in recent months while she receives treatment for uterine cancer.
A source told The Sun, "Angelina is very close to her mother and she wanted her to be there for the birth. Angelina has been having regular check-ups at a hospital in Paris and it is expected that she will give birth within the next few weeks."

Jessica Simpson is ready to start adopting. Her publicist said, "Nothing has been finalized yet" as to when and how Simpson will adopt. "It is true that she's exploring options."
Simpson and her family have anonymously contributed funds to various Mexican orphanages for several years now. Simpson started visiting the orphanages with a church group at age 11.

The baby is due any day now. Holmes is supposedly giving birth at their "Beverly Hills, California mansion."

Richie Sambora seeks joint custody
Richie Sambora is seeking joint custody of his daughter with Heather Locklear. He is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the estranged couple's daughter, Ava, and requests the pair's premarital agreement be enforced.
Sambora also asked the court to give up its right to order him to pay spousal support to Locklear.
Attorneys for both Locklear and Sambora declined to comment.
