"Angry Californians" went crazy nuts in a protest against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1A budget plan to increase sales tax and motor license payments in Cali. The steaming activists waved placards and also decapitated latex Schwarzenegger heads. I'll be back!!
Shwarz says his initiative is "absolutely essential for the short-term and long-term survival and prosperity of cash-strapped California." Citizens will vote in May....
