    I think that's "Little" Steven Van Zandt not Bob Dylan...not that he makes any more sense hanging with Ashlee Simpson

    It's not Steve Van Zandt it's club promoter/actor Josh Richman. Geez Jessica had her picture taken with Josh months ago leaving one of Josh's events now Ashlee.
