Hulk Hogan's son, Nick was seriously injured in a car accident last night in Clearwater, Fla.
According to TMZ, the accident occurred around 7:31 PM ET. Police say he was driving a Toyota Supra at a "very high rate of speed when it lost control and hit a raised median. The car was flipped around and the back end hit a palm tree. The impact destroyed the entire car."
Nick and his passenger were flown by helicopter from the accident scene to a hospital in St. Petersburg. TMZ says both men had "very, very serious" injuries.
Update: TMZ has confirmed that Hogan was discharged from the hospital early this morning while the passenger in the car, John J. Graziano, 22, of Dunedin, Florida is listed in critical condition.

Tickets to Justin Timberlake's Melbourne and Sydney shows disappeared in less than 15 minutes after going on sale Friday, forcing promoters to add second shows. JT's two Auckland shows also sold out in less than an hour.
Timberlake's Australian and New Zealand tour hits Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland in late October and early November. It's been three long years since Justin performed in Australia...
Diddy = denied
Diddy's big Labor Day plans for a $100,000 firework display have been shot down by East Hampton Town officials. They're concerned the circus would attract boaters "to a dangerous, rocky area" increasing chances of an accident.
Town Supervisor William McGintee has also claimed Diddy's White Party extravaganza was rejected because it could clash with another fireworks display that was planned/approved nearby on the same night. Oh surely they wouldn't have noticed... Diddy had organized all-white pyrotechnics to match the event's dress code. Bummer.

Victoria Beckham says that now that she has settled down in her new place in Cali, she's all ready for another kid.
"We'd like to have another - maybe next year. He or she might be lucky enough to have dual nationality."
Victoria said Madrid was "lovely", but the couple didn't have any friends. "Here I have people I can pop round to see. Katie's a really good friend, as is Eva Longoria - it makes settling in a whole lot easier," she said.
Baby time will happen after her big flop of a tour. "Emma, Mel C and Geri are moving over here in a few weeks to join Mel B and myself so we can start the rehearsals properly," she said.

Nicole Richie served her giant sentence yesterday, 82 whole minutes. Accompanied by her lawyer and Joel Madden, the five-month pregnant Nicole entered Lynwood at 3:15 p.m. for booking. She was processed into the system and released at 4:37 p.m. I love when justice is served....
The statement said she was released "based on her sentence and federal court guidelines." Under the current sheriff's policy, non-violent female offenders sentenced to 30 days or less are booked and released within 12 hours.
As part of her sentence, she also agreed to serve a three-year probation term, must enroll in an alcohol education program and was fined $2,048.
Richie was "treated in the same manner as other inmates with a similar sentence," the statement said. Blah, blahhhh. She thinks she got away? She went and got herself pregnant thinking it would keep her out....now she has to transform into a MOM- for life.

What the eff??
Amy Winehouse and Pete Dougherty her husband had a nice fight at the Sanderson hotel yesterday that left them looking just lovely.
Guests complained about yelling and breaking furniture coming from Amy's hotel room.
Shortly afterwards, the concierge was called.
Hours later, the fight started up again - and Amy was seen running to the elevator, with her weirdo husband chasing behind.
A guest who got into the elevator at the same time said they started screaming at each other. "Amy was in floods of tears. This guy was screaming at her. She was cowering in the corner and I thought he was going to hit her. When the lift door opened, she took off across the lobby at a real pace."
"He was chasing after her and was about five paces behind by the time she got to the main hotel entrance."
The couple then ran right into the street. An eyewitness said: "Just after 3am, Amy came sprinting out and down the road. She was in a real state of panic. Blake was running after her, but couldn't catch up." Bahhh! See what smoking crack does?
"Amy was so hell-bent on getting away from him that she ran into the middle of the street and flagged down a random car that happened to be full of girls. Saying, 'Quickly, I have to get in, I have to get away, please help me!'"
"The car drove off at speed and ended up about a mile away at Charing Cross station. Amy got out and went into a 24-hour shop to buy cigarettes.
"She was looking completely out of her head. Blake ran after the car for a while. He spent the next half hour or so wandering around in a daze with blood over his face, looking in doorways for her, shouting her name out.
"Eventually, he got through to her on the mobile." Long story short, they were seen walking hours later, happy and bloody like nothing happened.

New Price is Right host Drew Carey treated the entire staff and their families to Las Vegas for a "getting to know you" weekend.
The one rule: No talking about work! "When he first invited everybody, we figured that it would be a great weekend for talking about new rules on the set and changes Drew would be making," a show employee told The Enquirer.
"So when we heard we weren't allowed to mention anything regarding work, we were ecstatic." The surprise Vegas trip was not the first time the 49 year old comedian displayed his generosity to the staff. When it was first announced he was taking over duties from recently retired Bob Barker, Drew gifted all employees with an Apple iPhone. What a guy!

Bette Midler = Tree killer
Bette Midler has illegally cut down more than 230 trees close to her home on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
Midler may have to pay up to $6,500 in fines on the orders of the state's Board of Land and Natural Resources for having the trees felled.
She also stands accused of building a graded road without permits required for the land zoned for conservation use. Midler's attorney Max W. J. Graham says the star didn't realize permits were needed to remove the trees on the vacant land, but confirmed she will pay the fines and follow a replanting program.
Graham said, "The whole idea with cutting the trees down was with the idea of improving the lot with native species. It's unfortunate that a mistake was made."

Pet Star Mario Lopez has been accused of stealing flowers from a home and garden show in California.
Show presenter Danny Seo said, "Mario Lopez was booked, and he took the flowers with him when he left! He outright asked a stagehand, 'Can I take these for my girlfriend?' and the poor kid was like, 'Sure, I guess.' He basically took my props as a gift for someone else!" Weirdo.

Bridget Moynahan gave birth to a baby football champ yesterday in Los Angeles. Patriot Tom Brady, skipped practice and left early to see his new little boy.
"Mother and baby are doing well," her publicist said. Earlier this week, Brady called impending fatherhood "a very joyous, happy situation." Brady is reportedly taking a "break" from his career AND his romance with Gisele Bundchen to enjoy fatherhood.

Reports claim Britney Spears has pulled out of recording a duet with Justin Timberlake. He would ruin his whole career for her? Nice.
They were scheduled to produce a "comeback track" produced by the awesome Timbaland, but Britney just decided not to do it. Supposedly, Timberlake wrote the duet specifically for crazy Brit. The plan was to mix his voice with hers later on. Maybe that's why. She thought they were hooking it up at the studio.
PageSix says, "Timbaland set aside a week out of his crazy schedule to do this - and then, just before she was supposed to fly out, Britney abruptly canceled the session and refused to do the song. It's crazy. She's looking for a comeback, and this would have not only been a huge hit, but something she could have opened the MTV Video Awards with and really blown everyone away." Yeah right on.
