McConaughey thinks Sarah Jessica is peculiar
Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker star as onscreen sweethearts in Failure To Launch, but the actor reportedly couldn't stand Parker off-screen and found her "peculiar."
Sources on the set say filming was anything but fun. One insider tells The Scoop, "Matthew gets along with pretty much everyone, but he basically couldn't bear Sarah."
The actor recently made an appearance on Oprah and seemed uneasy when asked about Parker. Winfrey asked Matt to sum-up working with Parker, and he eventually came up with, "Great comedic timing." Matthew added, "Very peculiar, too. Man, she's a very interesting woman. Yeah."

Author Dan Brown in trouble
The Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown has been accused in Britain's High Court of taking material for his blockbuster book from a 1982 book about the Holy Grail.
Richard Leigh and Michael Baigent are suing Brown's British publisher Random House for lifting "the whole architecture" of the research that went into their 1982 non-fiction book The Holy Blood, and the Holy Grail.
If the lawsuit succeeds in getting an injunction- the scheduled May 19 release of The Da Vinci Code film starring Tom Hanks and Ian McKellan (above) could be threatened. Bummer! Read more

Sheryl Crow recovers from breast cancer surgery
Sheryl Crow had breast cancer surgery in Los Angeles on Wednesday and is recovering without complications. Doctors said she should make a full recovery.
In a statement posted on her Web site, Crow called the surgery "minimally invasive" and said she will be undergoing radiation treatment as a precaution. She said she benefited from early detection, and urged other women to have themselves checked.
"Once again I'm reminded of just how pervasive this illness is, as it has now touched someone I love deeply," said Lance Armstrong, who is a survivor of testicular cancer.
"Based on my contact in recent days with Sheryl, her doctor and her family, I am confident that she will have a full and complete recovery and the world will be a better place for it," said Armstrong, who asked that Crow's fans keep her "in your thoughts and prayers." And that we will do...
