Sources say that Hulk Hogan was "taken to the hospital today because of excruciating back pain."
Hogan has apparently had several back surgeries over the years -- The source says he has felt bad over the past few days and woke up this morning unable to get out of bed.
Hulk's girlfriend called an ambulance early and he was taken to a local hospital in Clearwater, Florida. Hogan is supposedly in the hospital having different medical tests run to identify the problem.

Ashton Kutcher ranted on his Twitter account- defending himself against a story that Star mag ran about Kutcher "Being seen making out with a young blonde woman at an Los Angeles restaurant." Ouch.

T.I. and his wife "Tiny" arrested last night...

T.I. and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were pulled over by Los Angeles police last night for a traffic violation. The cops smelled marijuana, which led to a search of T.I.'s Maybach. The police found a couple of styrofoam cups filled with a syrup mix in the luxury vehicle.
"Codeine is the main ingredient in Sizzurp, which is a growing problem in the South." Says TMZ. Growing problem? Syrup has been around for years. It is just now getting recognition. Read Mike Jones lyrics, "I Got Da Drank"
Police pulled the two over on Sunset Blvd around 10:18 PM. The report claims there was also some X on board....Damnation. Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance.
They were released on $10,000 bail

peace love world
I must point out one of my FAVORITE stores (Left sidebar ad, middle)..... peace love world. Go visit the site and browse around, your cart will fill up fast! Adorable, comfy, fresh cute items from clothing to party goods. Go check it NOW before your copy cat friends/family/neighbors start wearing this cuteness and claim "they" found it! No, You found it! You trendsetter!
Personal rant follows: Don't know about you, but whenever I find cute stores, bakeries, clothing, perfume, new brands, hot sounds, new sayings, etc...I have little followers that come along and copy me. Which is flattering right? One of the reasons I started Gabsmash was to get the word out. Irritating? Almost ALWAYS these copy cats run around and tell my other friends/family, neighbors that it was THEIR find. Give cred people!
Starting this week, I will post my personal favorite, new/not so new finds and must haves on Gabsmash! My favorites passed on to you. For example, I read about peace, love, world -just last year. They keep popping up and charming me more and more. Look, I drank Patron back in 1994. Try Don Julio next time. Keep checking Gabsmash for random websites and products that I enjoy, so you can enjoy them too. Tell people you read about it on Gabsmash, stay cool!
Hugs,

Gibson...The edge of a rocky hillside

Mel Gibson was in a car accident last night in Malibu. Gibson allegedly lost control of his 2008 Maserati and ended up towed after he hit the "rocky hillside on Malibu Canyon Road."
Gibson was not hurt and a friend picked him up. Alcohol was supposedly not a part of the equation. Oh, of course not! Why would anyone even think that?
From TMZ/PR Photos
Update: "Gibson told officers in the field he did not know how the car drifted out of the lane and into the hillside." Officers followed up by asking Gibson if he was on a cell phone and he said no. Public Info Officer Leland Tang adds officers also asked Gibson if he had dozed off "but he did not give a firm 'yes' or 'no'." Gibson just repeated several times, "I don't know how the car left the roadway." So, is that when they gave Mel a sobriety test?? Oh, I forgot. Gibson owns Malibu.

Lil Wayne....Kool Aid & Ramen

While Lil Wayne is behind bars in Rikers Island, he still gets some real life items to help him make it through the day. TMZ says they have a copy of Wayne's order from last month: Ramen soup, Ruffles potato chips and different flavors of Kool-Aid. Yumm. I love Ramen. And I dig kool-aid. The secret to kool aide is making it real sweet and serving it freezing cold. Yum. Better than a snow cone!
Wayne also ordered beef jerky and 20 stamps/envelopes. Do you think he is actually writing down some rhymes? We know he doesn't write down his music anymore. Letters to pals or a quick book draft? I personally do not think Wayne needed to be locked down this long, if at all. I do not see him as any type of threat to society. Let the guy out so he can continue to make his music!

Hey all of you Star Wars geeks!

Model Adrianne Curry claims she was "molested" outside a Stars Wars Expo...I thought all you fans acted like good soldiers, like a Jedi and stuff? What the hell? So disappointed.
Was she wearing the above during this incident? I can only imagine. And some weirdo just can't keep his hands to himself, gross. Very pathetic. "Adrianne Curry called police in Orlando this weekend claiming a drunk man reached up her skirt and "molested" her outside of a Star Wars convention."
It happened around 3am, where it seems she got stuck and had to wait- it took police an hour to get to her. According to the police report, the officer who arrived at the hotel claims he "came in contact with the male as he lay in the bushes at the entrance to the hotel." Nice.
"The officer claims he spoke to multiple witnesses -- one of which said the suspect "attempted several times to fight several other people as they stood outside waiting to be picked up for the Star Wars convention."
"The man was eventually arrested for disorderly intoxication."
Curry later Tweeted, "cops are here..molesting pervert drunk in the back of their car...going to bed ... i cannot believe last night happened....love star wars...but ready to leave."
The creep has ruined it for all of you Star Wars nuts! No more cred! He may been a random hobo that wandered by though, right? Or a Darth Vader? Does Darth molest chicks?

You can be faux hot!

Without nailing a snake to a tree! Jenna Dewan Tatum is in a sizzling new PETA campaign exposing the cruelty of the exotic-skins industry.
"Dewan Tatum was inspired to star in the ad after watching PETA's new video, "Cold-Blooded Horrors: Inside the Exotic-Skins Trade," which is narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. The undercover exposé reveals that snakes, alligators, and other exotic animals who are killed for their skins are commonly nailed to trees, bludgeoned with hammers, and skinned alive. Their mutilated bodies are still writhing when they are discarded, and it often takes hours for the animals to die, usually from shock or dehydration. Dewan Tatum hopes that her new campaign will convey that it's easy to have a killer look without having to kill and will discourage people from buying products that are made from exotic-animal skins."
"I couldn't believe that that is what happens for a wallet or a purse," said Dewan Tatum. "There's faux alligator, faux python. I think there's a lot of different things you can find―you just have to ask. Not only are you helping animals and not promoting cruelty, but you are saving money."

Robin Hood...in theaters Friday

"Oscar winner Russell Crowe stars as the legendary figure known by generations as "Robin Hood," whose exploits have endured in popular mythology and ignited the imagination of those who share his spirit of adventure and righteousness. In 13th century England, Robin and his band of marauders confront corruption in a local village and lead an uprising against the crown that will forever alter the balance of world power. And whether thief or hero, one man from humble beginnings will become an eternal symbol for freedom for his people.
Robin Hood chronicles the life of an expert archer, previously interested only in self—preservation, from his service in King Richard's army against the French. Upon Richard's death, Robin travels to Nottingham, a town suffering from the corruption of a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation, where he falls for the spirited widow Lady Marion (Oscar winner Cate Blanchett), a woman skeptical of the identity and motivations of this crusader from the forest. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marion and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. Together, they begin preying on the indulgent upper class to correct injustices under the sheriff.
With their country weakened from decades of war, embattled from the ineffective rule of the new king and vulnerable to insurgencies from within and threats from afar, Robin and his men heed a call to ever greater adventure. This unlikeliest of heroes and his allies set off to protect their country from slipping into bloody civil war and return glory to England once more.
Starts this Friday!
