Rumor is that Al Reynolds, who married Star Jones in 2004, has already visited with divorce attorneys.
A spy witness in the attorney's building said, "Al walked up to the security desk and signed in to visit divorce lawyer Stanford Lotwin."
After two whole hours, Al tried to sneak out of the office when the spy tried to confront him, then "Al ran out of the building - almost knocking over a pregnant woman!" Visual of the day...

Celeb quote of the day

"Not only do I think women are from another planet, but I'm not even sure where that planet is. We don't understand each other. Women have the upper hand. They're all smarter. They can manipulate us in ways that we can never manipulate them."

Brinkley's husband had a teen lover

That dog! A New York teenager is considering legal action against Christie Brinkley's estranged husband, Peter Cook.
An attorney for 19-year-old Diana Bianchi claims Peter Cook caused "substantial and irreparable harm" when he showered her with luxurious gifts, including a Nissan Maxima, and then seduced her behind Brinkley's back.
Her attorney said, "It amounts to preying on an innocent, young and naive girl who would otherwise have no attraction to a 50-year-old man. He offered her money, a job, career advancement. And when he got her comfortable, he made his real intentions known."
Cook met Bianchi when she was 18 and working at a toy store in Southampton, Long Island and then hired her as his personal assistant at his architecture firm.
After she caught on, Brinkley grossed out and left. Her rep said, "She thought it would be best to be with her children in a different environment, to be a little more protective of what they will see, hear and come across in the news. It's temporary. They will be coming back. For me to say that she's not hurt or shocked, that would just be foolish."

Carmen & Dave split

After months of rumors, Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro have separated. Their rep says it's "amicable." They were married almost 3 years.
In April, Electra said, "We're fine! I'm not saying we have the perfect marriage or that we're the perfect couple, but we're pretty damn good." If there was any trouble, she said, "I wouldn't have my ring on. I would not walk around and pretend."

Ray Ray is straight up

Rachel Ray recently said, "I don't care about any fashion enough to give up food."
Asked how she manages her weight, "I don't," she said at the Television Critics Association's summer meeting. "I buy jeans with stretch. Everything I have has stretch in it. I haven't known my weight since I was 12. I have enough pressure."
Ray's new show debuts on Sept. 18. "I want to laugh and eat something in every show," she said. "It's very important to me that everything is accessible. People love that sort of friendly advice and that sense of community when you get advice from a peer instead of an expert."
"We're talkers in my family. We're very loud, talkative, volatile people," she said of her style. "I got a big mouth. My husband is a lot like me. He doesn't bruise easily."

Timberlake on the inhale

When asked if he'd ever want to be elected President of the United States, Timberlake told UK's Observer Music Monthly, "I've done way too many drugs already."
"I've already inhaled and I've already...who knows. I'm just like everyone else. I get completely plastered, I've done my fair share of drugs and I've been caught places with my pants down -- it's just I make sure there are no cameras around." Clever and cautious! Until now....
"What I really think is that I've never done anything that bad," he said. Uh huh. "I don't show up drunk to functions. The drugs that I do have been in my own private time. I've never been arrested -- though that's not to say that I won't!"

Daddy Pitt update

Brad said that having kids has been the best thing he has done so far. "It really changes your perspective on the world," he said on the Today show. "You know, I've had my day. I made some films, and I've really had a very fortunate life, and it's time for me to share that a little bit."
"You feel you want to be there and not miss out on anything. It's a true joy and a very profound love. You can write a book, you can make a movie, you can paint a painting, but having kids is the most extraordinary thing I've ever taken on," he said. He added, "I'm so tired of thinking about myself. I'm sick of myself."
And of Shiloh, he said, "Man, if I can get a burp out of that little thing I feel such a sense of accomplishment."

Christie Brinkley and husband separate

Christie Brinkley and her fourth husband, architect Peter Cook, are divorcing after 10 years of marriage.
"Yes, it's true. The couple has separated," publicist Elliot Mintz said. Brinkley and Cook, 47, have a daughter, Sailor, 8.
Brinkley, 52, was previously married to artist Jean-François Allaux (1973-81), singer Billy Joel (1985-94) and developer Richard Taubman (1994-95). She and Joel have a 20-year-old daughter, Alexa, and she and Taubman have an 11-year-old son, Jack, whom Cook adopted after he and Brinkley wed in 1996.
"Christie's immediate concern is for her children, and she's hoping during this obviously difficult time that people will be kind enough to respect her privacy," Mintz said.

Why Kathy Griffin had to leave her clown

Kathy Griffin told Larry King that her marriage to Matthew Moline fell apart after she discovered he'd stolen $72,000 from her. Umm, that will do it.
Griffin said that Moline had taken the money from her bank accounts over an 18-month period.
"My ex-husband, without my knowledge, was sneaking into my wallet when I was asleep in the mornings and taking my ATM cards of my own private accounts and withdrawing money," she said.
"He admitted it and apologized and ... we went to couples therapy," she continued. "I really wanted to make it work. Unfortunately, we were not able to get beyond the trust issue."
