Season 12 of The Bachelor starts up on March 17. ABC went with their first international "gentleman" this time around, Matt Grant, a global financier from London.

According to ABC, Grant is "totally charming and a witty English gentleman who works with millionaire businessmen, but he has something on his mind that is more urgent than any business deal - he wants to find the love of his life and to start a family as soon as possible."

Grant will choose from 25 "beautiful" American women. "I don't think there's a massive chasm between British guys and American guys. We drink more tea and have some crazy sports like cricket. I like to consider myself a British gentleman," Grant told OK! "American women are much more sporty than British women. I love their flirty side... I'm a single guy, I'm a red-blooded male. Cage filed libel proceedings saying her book was full of lies about him. What was she thinking? In the book, Turner claims Cage "went to great lengths to disobey his director uncle Francis Ford Coppola on the set of their 1986 movie saying he found himself in trouble with police while filming."

She babbles on that she meant no harm. Hmmm. Maybe someone should make up lies about her, then shrug it off. "Sorry Kath, I'm kidding! Just wanted to hurt your career/feelings." Turner said, "I guess what I can say is I'm truly sorry if I caused distress or harm, because one thing is for sure - I never, ever intended to do that. This is what I remember, these are my thoughts and they were certainly not intended to damage anyone else." Right.

Mendes enters rehab

TMZ reports that Eva Mendes is at Cirque Lodge in Utah for a substance abuse problem. Apparently Eva has been at the facility for several weeks.

Extra spoke with Eva's rep, "Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details."
