Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter have signed on for Tim Burton's spin on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. Hathaway will play the White Queen and Burton's fiance, Bonham Carter, will go with the Red Queen..."Off with their heads!" Sooo excited. Remember the read-along record books we had back in the day? Yes, I said record. Like vinyl. Alice was my favorite. Ding! Now turn the page....
The film is set to release in March 2010, and "newcomer" Mia Wasikowska will play Alice. Johnny Depp was confirmed as the Mad Hatter at a Disney showcase last month.
