A blink of The Da Vinci Code

A glimpse of The Da Vinci Code was released on the internet yesterday. A trailer was launched on the official website.

The movie starring Tom Hanks is expected to break box office records when it opens in Australia on May 18 next year. Sony paid $7.5 million for the screen rights.

France gave permission for scenes to be filmed at the Louvre; however, Westminster Abbey refused, calling the tale theologically unsound.

Am I the only one shocked that Tom Hanks was chosen to play the character of Robert Langdon? Tom is butt and Langdon is supposed to be a nerdy hotty! I'm already disappointed even though I enjoyed the book.

Kat I actually imagined a more "Harrison Ford" type...I don't know how this movie will hold up to the book anyway

a trained monkey could've been cast as the lead role and this movie will still make over $100 million.
