A hairstylist has been charged with stealing Kevin Costner's laptop, which had private photos of his wedding on it.

Pascal Bensimon, 44, surrendered to Colorado police officials this week after a 14 month investigation. He was charged with felony theft charge and freed on bond.

The computer contained private photos of Costner's 2004 wedding to Christine Baumgartner, which took place at his Aspen ranch.

Bensimon told the Aspen Daily News that someone put drugs into his drink at the wedding, and that he never stole Costner's Apple Powerbook G-4. Bensimon, who has a salon in Aspen, had been hired to style hair for some of the wedding guests.
