Tom Cruise is taking on an "internet entrepreneur" in a bid to win back TomCruise.com, almost ten years after it was registered.
Cruise will take his case to arbitrator the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The loser domain owner is frequently called before the WIPO and is one of the world's best known cyber squatters. He has won cases involving BruceSpringsteen.com and KevinSpacey.com, but has lost many others involving Michael Crichton, Celine Dion and Pierce Brosnan.
