Kevin Federline filed for sole custody of his two boys with Britney Spears because he feels she is not fit to take care of them on her own.
According to Federline's attorney, "Kevin feels he is a great parent and acting solely in the best interest of his children. He's not doing this for the money." Nooo, no. Why would we think that??
"Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to protect and safeguard the children and will not be dissuaded or intimidated from the pursuit of these goals." He may use Brit's past parenting mistakes against her.
Federline also has two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson. According to Jackson, she doesn't receive any child support from Federline, but he does pay for the children's private school costs.
Spears' grandfather has lashed out at Federline telling Star mag, "Why didn't he try and get custody of his other kids? It's because that other woman doesn't have money, and Britney does."

In all the pics that was taken of you and friends (?) at the Night Clubs, We all could see it in your face how much you missed the kids (all FOUR)and your pregnant wife. It was rumored that you would plead with people to take you home. Goof, hopefully you will grow up and act like a almost 30 year adult now. Good luck, user.
I agree with grandpa spears..why aren't you fighting for custody of your other kids K-FED? Is it because that won't do anything but cost you money, cause we all know she doesn't have the chu-ching britney does!!! What a LOSER!
