Eastwood earns Lifetime Achievement Award

Clint Eastwood is getting one of the most rarely awarded prizes in Hollywood, The Lifetime Achievement Award from the directors Guild of America.

Clint, 75, will be only the 32nd director to receive the award in the 70 year history of the union. Directors Guild president Michael Apted said, "Clint Eastwood is the consummate filmmaker." Eastwood directed the Oscar winning Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby. The ceremony will be held on January 28 in LA.
