Kate Moss won the prestigious Model of the Year Award at the British Fashion Awards on Thursday... just over a year after her cocaine scandal threatened it all.

Moss wasn't present...she was out performing with Pete Dougherty and his band. Designer Vivienne Westwood accepted the prize for her.

"There was a massive cheer and Westwood went up on stage to accept it on her behalf," a source said. "Kate wasn't there unfortunately. She couldn't make it." But really, it means a lot!
