Mr. Blackwell names the wilted peas.....

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton share the number one spot on Mr. Blackwell's 47th annual Worst Dressed Women List. He calls the pair "two peas in an over-exposed pod" and "style-free and fashion deprived."

Lindsay Lohan scored the third spot, who Blackwell said went "from adorable to deplorable."

Others include Christina Aguilera "all crass, no class" and Mariah Carey "the Queen of Catastrophic Kitsch."

Paula Adbul, Sharon Stone, Tori Spelling, Sandra Oh and Meryl Streep round out the Top 10. So, who made his best list? Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce and Katie Holmes.
