A photographer is claiming that he was shot in the leg by one of Britney Spears' bodyguards while he waited to snap a pic of her.
Brad Diaz was standing with a group of paparazzi when the incident happened outside a bridal shower in Malibu. Diaz claims the plastic pellet shot from the BB gun, which is still lodged in his leg, came from one of Britney's people.
Police say they don't know who fired it. "It could've been somebody driving by, walking by, we have no idea where it came from," said Lt Steve Smith.

I dont blame him if he did they are following this poor girl around putting everything she does down, when right now she deserves respect and kindness, simply because pregnancy is depressing and scary and often painful so im sure reading all the shit she has been about her isnt helping her anymore...
