Eating Crowe

Word is Heath Ledger has turned down the chance to replace Russell Crowe in Baz Luhrmann's new untitled film epic.

Crowe was set to play opposite Nicole Kidman but he was accused of demanding script approval before signing on for the film. While Crowe was procrastinating, the director was meeting with Heath Ledger hoping to replace Crowe. The Daily Telegraph reported that Ledger has passed on the project. Oops. Next?
