It's heat exhaustion! I'm dehydrated! It's an asthma attack!

Last week, Georgia Rule producer James G. Robinson wrote Lindsay Lohan a letter regarding her behavior on set and doubted her absence was related to "heat exhaustion." In other words, he called it like it is.
"You and your representatives have told us that your various late arrivals and absences from the set have been the result of illness; today we were told it was heat exhaustion," Robinson wrote. "We are well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so-called 'exhaustion.'" The brain of Hollywood!
Lohan's mom said the wording of the letter was ridiculous. "I feel when you are 19 years old it is way out of line. ... Maybe he has personal issues with whomever and it came out with my child," she said. "I don't know him. I can't judge him. I don't think it was a smart thing to do to a young girl." Enough!! Your child? How about your daughter? Dina had her usual excuses ready:
"Lindsay was in 105 degree weather saying, 'Mommy, I feel sick; like I am going to faint.' She took herself to the hospital. She has asthma and in extreme cold or heat you can't breathe." Mommy? What is this? Is Lohan still 12?
Lohan plays herself, I mean a troubled teen in "Georgia Rule" which also stars Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman. Robinson said in the letter that Lohan has been frequently late for filming and has been "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional." Read the letter here....

Steely Dan calls Owen Wilson a lame fraud

Last week members of Steely Dan wrote on their website that Owen Wilson ripped them off for the movie "You, Me and Dupree." They claim the character "Dupree" played by Owen, was stolen from their 2000 song "Cousin Dupree."
Bandmates Walter Becker and Donald Fagen wrote an open letter to brother Luke Wilson: "Something uncool has come to our attention and we've got to like, do something or say something before the scene gets out of control and something even more uncool happens. It's your little brother Owen that's the problem. We realize what a drag it is for you to have people coming to you about his lameness all the time. ....." read the rest
"I have never heard the song 'Cousin Dupree' and I don't even know who this gentleman, Mr. Steely Dan, is," Owen said. "I hope this helps to clear things up and I can get back to concentrating on my new movie." Puhlease

Pam & Kid....one down

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock had a wedding ceremony Saturday on a yacht in Saint-Tropez. Damn, how long have they been on that yacht?
"She was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen, like a modern-day Brigitte Bardot," Jimmy Choo owner Tamara Mellon said. "Kid Rock was a total rock star. He gave her a good kiss. Everybody was crying." Elton John's hub David Furnish said, "It was a real rock n' roll wedding."
"I'm going to get married a few times this month to the same guy," Anderson said last week. "We had to do Malibu, we've got to do Detroit, and we've got to do Nashville."

Mel Gibson released a statement yesterday regarding his DUI arrest in Malibu early Friday morning.
"After drinking alcohol on Thursday night, I did a number of things that were very wrong and for which I am ashamed," the statement read. "After I was stopped by the L.A. County Sheriffs ... I acted like a person completely out of control when I was arrested, and said things that I do not believe to be true and which are despicable. I am deeply ashamed of everything I said, and I apologize to anyone who I have offended." So how did he offend?

Britney fires pool boy for talking to her puppet

Brit Spears has fired her pool boy for talking to K Fed too much. "I was hanging out a little bit. She came out screaming at Kevin for lying around, then looked at me like I was to blame," Jon LaLane told In Touch.
LaLane is the son of fitness man Jack LaLane. He has taken care of pools for other celebs like Barb Streisand. He says that he and Fed talked about music sometimes, and Britney would go into a jealous rage. "She wants Kevin on a leash."
"She fires everybody. I didn't expect her to be so mean. It's a revolving door there. She's not the nice person everyone thinks she is."

News flash: Lance Bass is out of the closet

After years of silence, Bass is publicly revealing what he first shared with his friends, then his shocked family.
"I knew that I was in this popular band (’N Sync) and I had four other guys' careers in my hand, and I knew that if I ever acted on it or even said (that I was gay), it would overpower everything," he said.
"I didn’t know: Could that be the end of ’N Sync? So I had that weight on me of like, ‘Wow, if I ever let anyone know, it's bad.' So I just never did."
Why now? "The main reason I wanted to speak my mind was that (the rumors) really were starting to affect my daily life. Now it feels like it's on my terms. I'm at peace with my family, my friends, myself and God so there's really nothing else that I worry about," he said.

Mo'Nique on a plane

Actress Mo'Nique Imes (above) was thrown off a plane after arguing with a flight attendant who the TV personality alleges was racist towards her.
Mo'Nique sat in first class with her assistant back in economy. The assistant apparently stashed a hair dryer up in a first class baggage locker. How dare!
A flight attendant allegedly said to Mo'Nique, "Tell your people that the next time they have an attitude, they are being thrown off ... Since 9/11, we don't play around."
Of course a "spat" followed and poor Mo was escorted off the plane and police were called. Mo'Nique told the NY Daily, "I felt like I was being treated like an animal. This happens to black people all the time, and they don't have a voice. It was humiliating."
Jean Medina, a spokeswoman for United Airlines, says, "We regret Ms. Imes felt in any way that she was not treated with courtesy and respect. There was a confrontation involving a customer that caused the flight to be delayed. When a situation occurs on a flight that causes a delay, or disruption, we must act in the best interest of all our customers."

Cook says he is sorry

Christie Brinkley's half assed husband, Peter Cook, has publicly apologized after getting caught in an affair with a teenager
"I love my wife. I have loved her since the day I met her. Please … I love her," Cook told the Post. "For a lifetime, I've tried to prove how much I love her. This is an aberration. I'm sorry. I'm contrite. I'm stupid. Foolish. No excuse."
Regarding the impending divorce, "There is no divorce proceeding that is proceeding. Christie Brinkley has not sued her husband." Cook's rep said that he "hopes there's no divorce. If she wants one – and he certainly hopes this doesn't happen, but if – it will not be nasty. She can have whatever she wants." How nice! Uhhh, Team Brinkley

If I really had $100 million....

Salma Hayek denies reports she has a "$100 million fortune" and insists she would donate the money to the poor in her native Mexico if she had the cash.
Fortune magazine listed the actress as the second-richest Latin American in Hollywood, right behind that diva Jennifer Lopez.
She says, "It's a huge lie. It's very, very far from reality. I don't have that amount of money. Somebody sent me it and I laughed. It's a bit like a joke. Obviously I have never earned $100 million and I wouldn't even want to. With things as they are in Mexico, it bothers me that they put me in a group of millionaires with $100 million I don't have when there are so many people dying of hunger. If I had $100 million I would have retired and would be doing more things on an altruistic level than I can now. I would have opened centers in Mexico for violence against women and many other things."

Almost four weeks after the death of E. Pierce Marshall, his family says that they are more committed than ever in their battle against Anna Nicole for the family fortune.
"Nothing has changed from the family's standpoint as to how this case should end up and we will handle it as Pierce did, in his honor," the family said in a statement. Elaine Marshall, Pierce's widow, is now the estate representative. Hating it!
One of Smith's attorneys, actually thought Marshall's death might lead to a settlement. "Certainly, there is a fact that there will be a change in personalities involved," he said. "That opens up the possibility there will be a different attitude. Assets change hands. That is often a time when people want to access what is in their best interest.

Brinkley's husband had a teen lover

That dog! A New York teenager is considering legal action against Christie Brinkley's estranged husband, Peter Cook.
An attorney for 19-year-old Diana Bianchi claims Peter Cook caused "substantial and irreparable harm" when he showered her with luxurious gifts, including a Nissan Maxima, and then seduced her behind Brinkley's back.
Her attorney said, "It amounts to preying on an innocent, young and naive girl who would otherwise have no attraction to a 50-year-old man. He offered her money, a job, career advancement. And when he got her comfortable, he made his real intentions known."
Cook met Bianchi when she was 18 and working at a toy store in Southampton, Long Island and then hired her as his personal assistant at his architecture firm.
After she caught on, Brinkley grossed out and left. Her rep said, "She thought it would be best to be with her children in a different environment, to be a little more protective of what they will see, hear and come across in the news. It's temporary. They will be coming back. For me to say that she's not hurt or shocked, that would just be foolish."

Christie Brinkley and husband separate

Christie Brinkley and her fourth husband, architect Peter Cook, are divorcing after 10 years of marriage.
"Yes, it's true. The couple has separated," publicist Elliot Mintz said. Brinkley and Cook, 47, have a daughter, Sailor, 8.
Brinkley, 52, was previously married to artist Jean-François Allaux (1973-81), singer Billy Joel (1985-94) and developer Richard Taubman (1994-95). She and Joel have a 20-year-old daughter, Alexa, and she and Taubman have an 11-year-old son, Jack, whom Cook adopted after he and Brinkley wed in 1996.
"Christie's immediate concern is for her children, and she's hoping during this obviously difficult time that people will be kind enough to respect her privacy," Mintz said.

So before I started the show I thought I'd make a character like the movies. Legally Blonde and Clueless mixed together, with a rich girl all-in-one. Even my voice is different from me in real life. It's a character I like to play. I think its carefree and happy. The public thinks they know me but they really don't."

Gisele vs. Bar Rafaeli

Gisele has told Victoria's Secret: it's either her or Bar! Gisele found out the company is pursuing Bar, 21, as a model. A friend said Gisele is "angry" about it.
So much that Bundchen apparently has threatened to never work for them again. Bar is dating Gisele's ex of four years, Leo DiCaprio. Sounds like Gisele is real happy for them
Gisele is reportedly paid only $5 million a year to rep Victoria's Secret. Her rep had "no comment." Thanks for confirming!

From handbags to hotels

Nicky Hilton is going to open her "own hotel." Hilton plans to renovate interiors of two existing buildings to open the Nicky O South Beach project in Miami later this year.
Named after Hilton, whose middle name is Olivia, the new hotel will feature a $5,000-a-night penthouse suite designed by Roberto Cavalli.
She said, "I've been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one." Hilton's new 94-room boutique/condo accommodation will include entertainment news tickers in the elevator and a new signature scent.

Survivor winner is a sick LOSER

The winner of Survivor: Thailand, Brian Heidik was arrested Tuesday after his wife called Atlanta police to report that he had shot a puppy with a bow and arrow. He was taken into custody and later released on a $6,000 bond.
Police said that Heidik, 38, fired an arrow at a 16-week-old shepherd mix named Edgar that had wandered into his yard. The puppy was hit below his rib cage and survived.
Heidik's wife told police that her estranged husband (the two are currently separated but still living together...RUN) had been out with friends the night of the shooting and that she woke up at about 3:30 a.m. to the sound of a dog crying. On the porch, she saw Heidik shoot the bow and arrow at the pup and then heard the Heidik say, "I am tired of stupid dogs on my back porch."
She then locked herself, their five-year-old son and another dog that had been wandering outside into one of their bathrooms, where she proceeded to call the police. Noooo kidding
Charmaine said that since Heidik's Survivor stint he has been "spiraling out of control. I don't think he's ever adapted to real life since then," she said. "He thinks he can do anything. He thinks he's invincible." Gag

J Lo will go voodoo on your ass

J Lo's ex-husband, Ojani Noa, claims that Lopez cast "voodoo" spells on him and other lovers, according to the Post
"She was doing bad things to a lot of people," Noa said. "She was doing all this religious bullshit ... to me, to her second husband Cris Judd, to Puffy Combs, to Marc Anthony." Like what?! How bizarre
Lopez had paid Noa $150,000 to keep his big mouth shut. J Lo says he has been running around to the tabloids and book shopping as fast as he can. She said he even had the balls to ask for $5 million to stop.
"I live in a free country," Noa said."I can express myself. I can talk and say whatever I want to. No?"
Reps for Lopez and Combs declined to comment on the super freaky voodoo yesterday.

Shiloh and Kingston have already hooked up

Kingston Rossdale and Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt had a hot baby playdate on Sunday. Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani joined Angelina and Brad at the couple's Santa Barbara home during the weekend.
Gwen and Ang were seen with matching baby slings and chatting while Pitt and Rossdale enjoyed a bit of jet skiing.
"Jolie and Pitt's son Maddox was seen hanging out with the boys, while the couple's 18-month old daughter Zahara, was spotted toddling about enjoying the sun." The estate was heavily guarded by officers on dune buggies, patrol boats and rafts, as well as dogs posted around the properties perimeter. That kind of takes the fun out...
