Word is Lindsay Lohan is still red eyed and hitting the bathroom every 15 minutes. A friend told Life & Style she ran into Linds in LA earlier this month, "Her face was puffy and red, her eyes were dispondent. She was acting strange, I'm worried."

Another source saw Lohan with Samantha Ronson at a party on November 9th. "Lindsay was acting exactly like she would before she went to rehab. She and Samantha kept going to the bathroom throughout the night." Another spy said she tried to talk to Lindsay at a Paper magazine party on November 10, "I was trying to talk to her, but it was impossible. She couldn't comprehend anything."

How long until she pulls an "exhaustion" and hits the hospital? Let the countdown begin....
