Citizen's arrest on Hurley

Elizabeth Hurley has been threatened with legal action in India, by a man who claims her wedding to Arun Nayar was illegal.

Hurley wed businessman Nayar in Jodhpur last Friday, and a local is claiming the traditional ceremony broke the law "because Hurley is not Hindu."

Vishnu Khandewal has filed his lawsuit at a Jodhpur court and has cited a section of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses the "deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings."

Khandewal said, "She has hurt the religious sentiments of the community by marrying in Hindu style, which is a criminal offense." The case will be heard by a judge on March 21...

Good grief, what is the problem with people. Hopefully this bullshit story isn't true, I am so sick of all the "religious" people getting offended. GET THE FUCK OVER IT.

Vishnu Khandewal should go back and chant at his call center... whoops... I mean temple. Personally, I find religion offensive, who can I sue?
