Stefani's Harajuku Lovers fashion line is suing the retail outlet Forever 21 for trademark infringement, claiming they stole designs from the Harajuku Lovers line.
Gwen's people say that "Forever 21 is marketing, promoting and selling products featuring a design virtually indistinguishable from Harajuku's signature heart/box logo."
The lawsuit claims Forever 21 changed a couple of words in the Heart/Box Trademark-
"Harajuku" to "Forever" and the word "Lovers" to "Love."

What's the big deal? I doubt if the quality is any different in either brand.
who gives a fuck? it happens all the time - coach, chanel, lv, dooney and bourke - and you don't see them whining. plus it's not like anyone honestly purchases her stuff anyways.
Her line is a pastiche of other peoples designs. There is nothing original about her crap.
i am a huge gwen fan but her shit is so unaffordable that knock offs are needed! plus her shit is ugly!
