Britney's lawyers run for the hills

Britney Spears was a no show *again* for her 100th fifth deposition attempt yesterday. Oops I did it again. Last month, Britney claimed she was too ill to sit for her custody hearing, but she was caught running around and partying that same night.

Britney's attorneys, Trope and Trope filed legal papers asking to withdraw as Brit's counsel. Attorney Tara Scott from Trope and Trope wrote, "There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible."

Trope was Brit's third lawyer. People reports Trope must stick with Brit until yet another hearing on February 4. "A lawyer cannot simply withdraw from a case," he says. "We will ask the court to relieve us." You mean beg? The next hearing Spears can skip out on is set with Federline on February 19.

TMZ sources say, "Her whole life has become insane and it's impossible for anyone to get through to her." Brit supposedly didn't listen to her lawyers advice. Can't wait to hear the new excuses. Maybe her chihuahua swallowed her car keys?
