Voters were asked to consider qualities beyond sex appeal and beauty, such as "intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition," according to the site. More than 8.5 million votes were cast.
Adrianna Lima came in at No. 4, Jessica Alba at No. 3, and Scarlett Johansson at No. 2. Angelina Jolie barely made the top 10 at No.9. Speaking of barely making it- Ivanka Trump hit number 99.

The dress is 'too much' as in too much bling-bling going on.
