Kylie Minogue's fresh ex, Oliver Martinez, has already moved on to plan B.

Just hours after announcing their split, Oliver was "pictured embracing Penelope Cruz at LA's Chateau Marmont Hotel - the place where he met and fell for Kylie four years ago."

An insider told the Daily Mirror, "Does Olivier really have to rub Kylie's nose in it? He is being so brazen about it all. This will devastate her. Kylie is a very sensitive woman who loved him with all her heart but he looks like he doesn't have a care in the world."
